What treatment methods and tools I  utilized? 

Generally in order:

1) Supportive listening, in detail, of events in your life. If I can sense the sequence and events clearly, both of us understand better and can deduce what to do. Or not do.
2) Everything is part of a complex, multiple interacting parts system, the trick is to figure out what triggers what, and where are the most beneficial change points.
2) Analysis of variables in your life, starting from the earliest:
genetics, upbringing, life history, and recent events.
3) Discern which life variables can be controlled, and which can't.
Classical Stoic philosopher Epictetus said something like: The only way to happiness is to stop worrying about things you can't control.
4) Figure out a plan to change the things you can do in a positive way, which may include referral to psychiatric help for medication.
